Partial Planning
Many of our couples prefer to spearhead some aspects of planning, but are still seeking that streamlined, effortless process only a professional can provide.
It is here where our partial planning package shines. With partial planning, we pour our years of venue, vendor, and design expertise into a completely customizable package for you.
PARTIAL planning includes:
- A kickoff meeting to discuss vision, a final details meeting to discuss logistics, and additional meetings in between as needed
- Answers, advice, and support from your planner
- Setup with our online planning portal for customized guidance as you plan
- Aid in developing a budget that fits your needs—and sticking to it throughout the process
- Wedding day timeline management, including floor plan arrangement
- Assistance with guest accommodation, including finding, contracting, and managing hotel blocks for guests
- Sourcing and handling transportation for guests and the bridal party
- Event setup, takedown, and vendor point-of-contact management
- One hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination
- 12 hours of wedding day coordination, with additional wedding assistants as needed
In addition, partial planning includes your choice of one of the following:
- Wedding Design: Using your inspiration photos and Pinterest boards, we craft a design concept that looks and feels authentically you. We’ll provide color palette guidance, attend a site visit with you, devise a layout, and prepare for potential issues on wedding day. Your day is professionally curated and beautifully executed.
- Vendor Sourcing and Contracting: We take care of the research so that you can take your free time back. Keeping your budget and style in mind, we custom source and contract up to three vendors from each of the following categories:
If you’re looking for that second opinion on a design choice or professional recommendations for negotiating vendor contracts, our partial planning package is the right choice for you.
- Venue Sourcing and Contracting: You can knock out the most difficult part of planning with the help of experienced professionals. We custom source up to five venue and accompany you to visit your favorite one. Once you’ve made a decision, we’ll walk you through the contracting process and smooth out all the details.

You shouldn’t have to deal with the stress of implementing those plans when your wedding day comes. With our wedding management service, our team takes and executes your wedding day plans masterfully and beautifully.
After more than two decades in the industry, we have a long track record of coordinating flawless weddings. However complex or unique your plans may be, our team is equipped to take them on and make your day spectacular.
With our wedding management package, you’ll receive:
- A kickoff meeting to review wedding details, vendor suggestions, and budgets & timelines
- Setup with our online planning portal for customized guidance as you plan
- A list of preferred vendors, venues, and recommendations for a smooth ceremony
- Access to your planner for questions, advice, and contract negotiation
- A final details meeting to review planning decisions and vendor contacts
- Assistance with ceremony & reception floor plans and signage
- Relay of final head counts and guarantees to vendors
- Wedding day timeline creation and review
- One hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination
- At least 12 hours of point-of-contact management on your wedding day, including vendor management, design setup, and guest services
