Coordination Package

You are the ultimate Do-It-Yourselfer. You’ve got a great vision, and you’ve taken the time pulling all the pieces together for your big day. It’s now time for you to focus on getting married. Here’s where we come in. Let us bring all of your hard work to life by coordinating a seamless, stress-free day. We’ll ensure that all of your details are brought together so you can relax and focus on “I do”.

Lovely Event Co.’s Coordination Package consists of the following services:

  • Two Consultation meetings
  • Venue site visits
  • Rehearsal attendance and coordination
  • On-site wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours)
  • Set-up ceremony and reception venues
  • Ensure correct details/set-up for: tables/chairs, seating charts, flowers, cake, DJ, AV equipment
  • Vendor liaison: officiant, photography/videography, DJ/musicians, catering, décor, florist, venue(s)
  • Ceremony coordination: processional cueing, seating, décor management
  • Payment coordination: final payment distribution to vendors
  • Wedding day timeline: preparation, coordination and distribution to wedding party and vendors

Package starts at: $1200* + applicable taxes

*Coordination fee varies based on number of venues involved and event size as well as other logistical information to be determined at initial consultation. All packages include a contribution to The School that LOVE Built.
